This is my half marathon training program. I started a few days late on this program, actually starting on Thursday of week one so that day was my day one. I am on day 4 and just completed my 5 mile run. This day I ran indoor.

The date of my Half Marathon is Sunday, October 14th which is the new date from September 29th. To make things more interesting I had signed up for the Rock n Roll 10k in Prospect Park which is on October 13th.
El dia de mi Medio Maraton es el Domingo, 14 de Octubre. Para hacer las cosas mas interesante, tengo una carrera de 10Km el dia antes.
